Business Planning Analyst - Industrial

Responsibilities:
Planning & Forecasting for Operation (monthly & annually)
Consolidation Industrial cost reporting
Providing Industrial cost analysis
Developing model cost by plant & by SKU
As a counterpart of Operation team & Controller
Involving in productivity project
Ad hoc requirement for finance operation
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Result oriented with a "can-do attitude".
Should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure
Excellent communication skill both ekspresi and written in English and Indonesian
Familiar with SAP (preferable), Lotus Notes, Ms Excel & basic Power Point
Supply Chan Collaboration Executive - Bandung
Bandung (Jawa Barat), Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Contribute to global project design, timeline construction and fulfillment of required resources.
Monitor implementation of tasks and availability of resources, provide strong alerts for issues requiring actions/decisions.
Proactively identify and anticipate issues as well as provide ajuan for solutions.
Actively contribute in competency development practice at agen level, providing pembinaan and support/solutions for issues.
Actively pMaknacipate in change management process to support the global SC organization objectives.
Engage operational team at agen and S&D team on preparation of all required resources to implement VMI/TMS tool at agen depots.
Monitor implementation KPIs and ensure completion of required tasks done in time at quality expected.
Proactively anticipate and alert for issues as well as engage people to work on solutions.
Ensure reports are produced in time at expected quality. Be responsible of accuracy and reliability of reports.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
